Logan - I usually just dip it in soy sauce. Sometimes use wasabi though.

I have to warn you about that sauce. Because, my boyfriend PUTS too MUCH SAUCE on his steak plus that sauce have a lot of sodium so, don't put too much same thing for the MSG. If you wanted to be healthy just try not to put way too much. Soy sauce do have high percentage of sodium. >_>;

I'm more worried about Calories than sodium, but I don't think I use too much. Would probably taste gross if I used a lot anyway.

Exactly, but still the sodium goes in your stomach if you eat too much sodium related type of food. I warned my boyfriend that since he eat a lot of it. D:

Flaria - Well, I think I'm doing fine with the sodium, considering I've lost 10 Ibs recently.

Oh good, Alex. Not for my boyfriend if he isn't so careful. xD Eats too much Pizza and sodas and steak. He needs more of a balance and less his risk of having health problems.
