well I plan my events months in advance i have a routine off but I always have Saturday off.

So my co worker just told my manager after he worked hours on the schedule that she needs to go to this christian concert festival this Saturday that runs all day so he had to grab his schedule fuming and redo everything, mainly because she didn't plan two weeks in advance like all businesses do; (as well as she always gets 3 days off cause she part time, and she has a lot of activities that she "has" to go) so I work on Saturday and only get 1 off day this week; but at least next week I get three days off.

I asked my manager cause he said under his breath that we request too much an d the last thing I requested was my assigned weekends off for hangovers (but I was going to have the weekend off anyway) but event that it was ComicCon back in June and I don't need to request another day off until September.

I hope I get my saturday and sunday off for NDK In September which I posted it on the calendar since between March and April.

Sorry for the rant, it's kind of irritating

I asked if I asked too much for days off and he says that I don't, I ask for so little requests that it's easy for him to change things around, as long as it put in my bank I'm good. To me it is what makes a better employee when you don't ask for too much and being low maintenance.

she's very high maintenance, and she already got 2 write ups for lateness if she gets one more written up than she would be fired

she's one of those "family" ones where family comes before work

I try to be a good employee myself.

Finishing a project can be hard for me, too.

I now want to make a necklace, but have tons I want to do.

I have a mask to make for my convention this weekend, and the gaia event to play.
