hahahahaha~ it is my special talent to spot copycats ^^; and it is my job on deviant to spot thefts, i see so many copies knockoffs rips thefts and off-brands that i cannot see anything else, it gets me in trouble sometimes really

I'm gonna mention a few things that's not specifically in defense of the designs, but more of just my observations:

-Tris already has koi tails in a generic U pose. The Nereid was released before there were baseless avi's, and that pose covered the feet. (TBH, I draw mermaid/fish tails like that usually as well. And I usually hate mermaid-like characters and stuff, so you'd know I wouldn't be copying with that.)

-The elf...okay, I know where you're going with that; Coda pointed it out. I should probably mention I've also drawn something extremely similar to many of the items in that DI, for one character.

-Back to the mermaid tail. Crysandrea has a tail that's remarkably similar, but like I said, it's...not that hard to think of something like that >.>

she's go leukemia and the symptoms didn't show...so she found out late, and had late treatment... so yeah. I'm experiencing down mood levels and to hear this bad news, oh dear...
