Uhh.. been doing a new workout routine... and a lot more cardio.
And a lot less eating, for the most part? I've been TRYING to eat more, its just.. not working.

It could be the cardio just because your not used to it yet...but I think its the eating...if you plan on doing heavy cardio protein is your best friend....

And I do TONS of cardio, its just, I've never followed a workout program straight through to the end. I always hop around and change it up, my body never gets used to it before I change it up

With this thing, its the same three workouts, for two weeks straight, and then it changes, so it throws the body in shock to work harder, etc etc.

One cardio workout, two different strength/core/cardio combinationo ones. Its not hard at all, because I'm so advanced. but its definitely kicking my ass, and doing what its supposed to.

lol Well as long as you know what your doing...

Just becareful bats it would be a bummer if you got hurt.

I've not cosplayed in ages. The last one I made was a Frank.N.Furter one on another site. I'm also working on a Pennywise one on the same site, but they don't really have puffy clothes suitable for a clown. :/
