Thinking of starting a writers thread for my poems and random musings...

If you do poems you should...Suzerain does that too with his poetry.

I'm about to, but there are a whole lot of them. So I may only put one up a day...

It's okay. I mean they're kind of dark and depressing, but some of them have a more uplifting idea to them.

Dark and depressing don't bother me much. So speaking I did read the one you just put up and it's...well yes dark and depressing. It read well except for two spots and I could feel the message too.

What spots?

Fifth verse seemed like it didn't have enough syllables, and the last verse didn't exactly rhyme, but I only noticed because everything else flowed so well.

Yeah I see what you mean about the 5th, but not sure how to fix it...

The last verse I actually started it with a rhyme, and it had a greater effect without. Like it sounded like it had more of a bang in the end.

I was kind of thinking that, like "This is all screwed up because of YOU" kind of message.

Maybe make the line "out from my arm" ? Seemed to work fine in my head at least.

It was definitely an all because of you idea. Idk. I may end up keeping it the way it is just because it was the first one I did.

I think it's fine really ^^;; And if it is the first one you did all the more reason to not change it.
