No. I have a small car with a small tank and good millage. I get around 200 miles per tank. I have a small tank (not exactly sure what) but it takes roughly 25$ or so to fill it up from empty.

i can get 32mpg on my car... and less than 35 due to big tank.. $2.8-2.9/gal
