true but well, i don't know, my issues are all personal and not every artist can work quickly or would be willing to edit work to make a customer happy, personally i have refunded and redrawn when a customer is not happy, it teaches you to ask more efficient questions and do a better job at listening the first time

And ah. Well there's nothing I can do to change you mind with measly words is there haha.I have on the frt page of my website that if are unwilling to edit anything, then don't accept my commission. I mean, of course they could ahve everything right, but at the same time it could be the exact opposite, and I'm tired of getting that.
Yeah, one artist canceled and drew me for free. Didn't even let me pay after the second art they gave!
