from what I hear it's largely either women, or guys who like to get attention. Cause, after all, that's sorta what ends up happening. And I get that, I'm totally NOT in yaoi, but part of me would want to go just because I'd be able to avoid the annoying 13yo population that seems to invade most of the local cons

im not much in Yaoi either but yeah its 18 and up and seems fun from what I heard!! also I have just been so busy to watch any anime lately!

There's a bishie auction every year. Cosplayers and/or voice actors auction themselves off, the money going to the chosen charity each year. Soem of the auctionee's are...uhm...creative in what they do to get more money

I have only heard stories of the Auction I know a guy who was in it I think!

I've sorta met a couple of auctionees...I restrained myself from asking what the heck they were thinking...
