The ground rules are there, we just have to remind her about them. Also, we kinda do need to know where she is going otherwise there is a chance of her being met at the front door with a gun late at night......we are paranoid and live in the mountains....the chance of assault by a human or animal worry us more about her walking home at night.

..... and I will.... I amm tempted to call her parents and tell them about it because they won't approve of certain things. Like her boyfriend of a month staying the night and sleeping in her bed. And they pay for her health insurance, and car.

She can't leave locked into a lease for 12 months and even if she does the lease requires her to continue paying her part of rent or the owner will sue her as an indivudal.
And If she is pissed at me.... well she only rents 1/3 of the apartment and uses more than that.

Yeah.... we are being nice.. but the whole putting herself in unnecessary danger is what is pissing me off. Also..... cleaning........ it must be done and her leaving home made cookie dough in the fridge for 5 days.. salmonella.

She baked about half of the dough and left the other half in a bowl in the freezer, which we moved to the fridge when she said she wanted to make more....and the cookies weren't that good to be honest.

Yeah..... She also has made large meals that she hasn't touched since the night she made them... i don't like her way of cooking.

I dont mind her she is good for rent just she has to realize that we rent most of the house and have all of the ultilities in my name because she was too lazy to go get it done before hand.
