Yeah, dorms always have power. It's a married student apartment off campus. We called this morning and we'll be able to get our gas and electricity connected sometime today! **wiggles with glee** except classes started today when I could have sworn they start tomorrow..... >.> I almost missed work and class and that would have been bad.
