yeh i know Serra... but i need something to help pass the boredom of a long Sunday & it helps knock me out sleep wise for work

I just wish they would. But because they won't, I'm going to my endocrinologist and telling her that because of this, my sugar is bottoming out at the end and thus I binge.

lunch break should be close to or just after half way through shift.. there should be no way they get you to take it within an hour of starting that's just dumb
