That there is. I've tried taking three to four showers a day, and I can't do it.....even if I have reason to I can't, skin just gets too dry.

I do like them I just can't afford the shampoo and conditioner and body wash...

Hey guys. I fell asleep for a blissful 3 hours. Then woke up. This sucks. I want to go back to bed. I almost slept for a full night like normal people are supposed to.

Six days of work out done. Would be 7 if I hadn't taken that break on Sunday. Everything huuuurts. I really need to find something else to do for cardio. My legs can't handle that type of shit. I can already feel my bones protesting the impact level and the muscle pull in the middle.

Hmmm......well, could always try rowing style exercises. Also, half-jacks aren't bad for it either.

What are half-jacks?
And "rowing style" has been suggested to me before but I also have no idea what the hell movement that is.

I have to take showers every other day as well, my family is almost insane with the "We must reduce our carbon footprint" green trend.

mine wasn't the carbon foot print thing it was when I lived in New York even though I lived on an island water is expensive. Every month water is about $250 with showers every other day.

I'm in Colorado which is dryer and more of a desert and it's cheaper here and people take showers everyday, and says it's better for you when you take showers everyday. I don't understand it.
