pastries are something? breakfast is so backwards anymore, your first meal should be a hearty filling one to help you make it through the day without lagging

Well mine was suppose to be a croissant filled with ham and cheese but it had barely and cheese and like 3 deli slices of ham.

Well I can't eat a lot in the morning since I'll get sick, I can't have a lot of meat and protein first thing in the morning

About half an hour or hour cause I have to take the bus to work

ah, that might be it, if you eat before your organs are ready it might be a bad thing, an hour to two is better though that is hard for some, could you take food to work and eat before clocking in?
