Maybe use a humidifier or a neti pot to moisturize your sinuses?

Ugh I hate neti pots and a humidifier would cost too much I think. :S

It's like a mini tea pot that is for rinsing out your nose.

Deeeerp, I am 100% broke this month.

And I figure the bloody noses are from the smoke in the air form all the wild fires...

You could try smelling steam from a cup of tea or washing your nose with a handful of water.

I hope the fires end soon for you.

Wenatchee is like a super health hazard area now. They have so much smoke it is hazardous to anyone in the city's health if they breathe too much outdoor unfiltered air. o Ao
