Default #8641
Rosen didn't appear to be intimidating Long as he quietly tried to figure out how the game worked. He clearly wasn't a gamer as he kept losing lives due to his own error.
Default #8642
Rosen mostly competed with Missy, letting Long figure things out. Once in awhile he felt inclined to point out some simple tips to keep Long from dying quite so often.
Default #8643
Missy also pointed something out to Long every now and then. Eventually he started to get the basics, but it would take him awhile to learn. And he still didn't seem that invested in the game.
Default #8644
Rosen didn't seem daunted by Long's lack of investment and soon started to spar with Missy like usual as they battled.
Default #8645
Eventually Long started to fight back. He wasn't very good, but he seemed to have a decent strategy. It was a little difficult to predict what he was going to do.
Default #8646
Rosen continued to battle them all until the end of the game. He then glanced at Long, "I guess we should stop there for now. That wasn't half bad for your first crack at it," he praised, "You want to re-bandage that?" he asked, pointing to the wrist bruises. Someone odd flashed across his face as he stared at them and for once his face was impossible to read. But he tore his gaze away and quickly resumed his happy demeanor, getting off of the bed.

Long didn't say anything as he started to reapply the old bandages himself.

Rosen turned off the screen before plopping back down on the edge of the bed, "What's your last name, Long?" he inquired.
Default #8649
Missy yawned a little, bored.

"Ko," Long replied simply.
Default #8650
Rosen nodded, laying lazily back on the bed, "What do you think of us so far, Long Ko?" he inquired slowly, like he was half asleep.
Default #8651
Long had to think about that for awhile as he finished re-bandaging his hands. "... Different," he decided.
Default #8652
Rosen had to laugh at that, "Ya heard that, Missy? We're all 'different'!" He pushed himself up on one arm, propping himself up on an elbow as he looked at Long, "I suppose coming from your structured world we must seem odd," he grinned, "After all, we're weapons. It's amazing we've turned out so much like humans." His voice said he was teasing but his eyes had a surprising element of seriousness to them.
Default #8653
Long seemed a little confused about something, but didn't ask.
Default #8654
"So, Long, tell me..." Rosen drawled lazily again, "Have you got us figured out? I assume you met Pepper already, and she's not shy about her... enhancements."
Default #8655
"Who?" Long asked.
Default #8656
Rosen raised an eyebrow, "They use memory erasers a lot over there, don't they?" he mused before looking at Missy, "Remind me to stay away from the Yin Long!" he ordered, shuttering dramatically at the thought.
