Back from my adventures into Diablo III

The Demon Hunter is so fun.

>Throw a bunch of dual chakram
>Jump like ten feet while shooting arrows
>Volley knives around me to slow everyone
>Jump again
>Grow tendrils of darkness from back, drain life with each shot
>Shoot flaming, piercing, enemy-seeking arrows
>Collect loot


>Rinse
>Wash
>Repeat
>Pwn

I'll stick with Diablo 2 and not have to worry about having a constant internet connection > .<

Diablo II was a great game, wish I had a copy to play at home. Might pick up the $20 bundle of that, one, and the expansion thing.

@Hermes~ Yeah its worth it. Even comes with the first Diablo.

The issue I have with Diablo 3 is that you need to have a constant internet connection to play it. And your character's aren't even stored on your computer. Sure that just makes it so you can't Mod your character like in diablo 2. But the thing is Diablo 2 had two different servers for those who like to mod and those who just wanted to play the game normally.
Its a load of bs if you ask me. You shouldn't sell a game and then tell people you should only play a certain way. If you paid for the game then play any way you want. Sure I wouldn't want someone who uses cheats to play in a competitive game where you go up against people in tournaments. But that's why you should have two different servers. One where you have a character stored on Blizzards server and one on your own computer. Keeps things nice and simple.

Blizzard doesn't work that way, they just do online, messed up games. But I will say, Diablo III is fantastic. I adore the game. I can't wait until I'm in Hell difficulty and can start using the real cash market!
