Default #9729
Rosen stared at him for a long moment before sighing, muttering something about ungrateful boulders as he dragged Long out of the water and onto the beach.
Default #9730
Long didn't struggle too much, but he wasn't much help getting himself out of the water either.
Default #9731
Once Rosen had dragged Long up onto the beach, he checked to make sure no water had gotten inside Long's lungs.
Default #9732
Long was breathing fine. Nothing else seemed to be wrong with him either, but he was acting like he was nearly dead to the world.
Default #9733
Rosen cussed at him a little more before going back to the Juttle to get a towel.
Default #9734
By the time Rosen got back, Long was sitting in the water again.
Default #9735
So Rosen cussed at him once more before dragging him out of the water a second time.
Default #9736
It was the same as before, but this time he had gotten himself tangled up in some seaweed.
Default #9737
Rosen then cussed at himself for throwing away the knife before just letting Long sit in the water. "Fine!" he exclaimed, "We'll just sit in the water then," and plopped down into the water beside Long with a loud splash.
Default #9738
Long remained silent for a long time.
Default #9739
Rosen quickly got bored and began to amuse himself by whispering raunchy sexual profanities into Long's innocent ear.
Default #9740
Long didn't seem to notice for a good while. But as Rosen had to start getting really creative, Long slowly started to tug at the seaweed wrapped around him. He had a great deal more success than Rosen as he slowly untangled himself.
Default #9741
Rosen continued his endless stream of words.
Default #9742
Long didn't try to push Rosen away as he finished detangling himself. But when he was done, he stared at a piece of stringy seaweed leftover in his hand.
Default #9743
So Rosen reached over and splashed it out of his hand as he stopped speaking with a sigh.
Default #9744
Long blinked as he watched the piece of seaweed float away.
