I'm a bit biased against this style, but your avi isn't bad, actually. The only two issues I can see are the sheer bareness of the legs (but it works with the style, I guess) and the slight layering issue with the tops of the sleeves.

I would have to say a ten. C': <3

I love a lot of the layering and the general look, but unfortunately I can't help but feel it leeds just ooooooone more colour to bring it all home. Not enough to make a huge difference, that's preference.
