It's fine. I'm starting to expect her forgetfulness at this point. I can't be for sure about it being shut off today, but if I'm not on at all later on then it probably did get shut off, along with our phone and tv.

Honestly. Yes I was running low on time, because of both of those things, but I also have no intention of writing for an 'avi contest'

Yes, its a nice twist I guess, but as I have stated before.. I thought this was a purely avi type thing. I thought the twists would be using such and such item or no idk.. black?

Hell, I'm not sure what I expected. At any rate. While I do write quite a bit I also don't like to show my stuff. RPs are different because its not purely my stuff. It makes me feel better. So I thought I could just take a character from one of those, but the only one I wanted to do we don't have items for, and the story never got past her locked away in a testing lab. So she wasn't in an outfit I would have submitted and I wasn't going to write more just to make her fit what I needed.

So all things said, I dropped out because I was not comfortable writing for this contest.
Not against One current writer for tris, and two ex writers.
Its unfair. AND makes it feel impossible to win.

So the next words someone would say at this point would be
"But you could still place"

Yea. Takes the fun outta it if I can't WIN it though.

To which the response is

"Just because they were/are writers for the site doesn't mean we'll like their stories."

While that is also true, the factor is there. AND it makes me uneasy, and therefore uncomfortable.
