Quiet lol a bottle of wine isn't that much really for someone who's kinda semi drinking haha its like 4 glasses at most, maybe 3.5 glasses and wine isn't that strong but lately I've been finding 12% vol wine and whoa that goes to my head, lol how do I guess the cat breed wheres the info for it?

Tea! I've just finished my third cup today and am having some water after to counter the caffeine somewhat, even though it was decaf. I've had to tone down my usual strength of tea because of doctors griping at me, and I switched to decaf at night because I have trouble sleeping and anything might help. Strong tea certainly does *not* help, at any rate.

yeah after awhile I dunno I don't get sick from coffee or anything but just can't seem to drink it lol so I take a break and drink tea, I'm currently just drinking a cheap black tea with milk and sugar, I love tea like that before bed. Caffeine doesn't do anything to keep me awake, unless I have energy drinks then I go stoopid. But coffee doesn't keep me awake at all. Even cafe coffee as I mostly drink instant crap at home.

Heh. The bulk of what I have (as in drink) is cheap black tea, but I have my fancy stuff around when I feel like dealing with leaves instead of bags. Today I had some Cream Earl Grey to go my usual miscellaneous black, and miscellaneous black decaf.

lol yeah I sometimes splurge but can't be bothered using a tea pot though I've been told it is better, makes tea tastes stronger, but eh lol I struggle with making good green tea, its bitter in the end I must brew it too long

Yeah. Green tea only needs a couple minutes. I have some stuff that threatens to go instantly bitter if it's brewed for more than 1 minute. I sit there with a timer.

I forget about my tea all the time so it can sit for half an hour plus. I don't drink it anymore when I do that. I hate wasting but the acid and such in it when that happens isn't good for me.
