rosacia is a skin condition. the face (for me just my cheeks) get really really red and feels like they are feverish but you have no fever. some Rosacia gives people acne pimple things. but mine is just gets red and feels as tho they are on fire.

to find out what triggers my rosacia the docs have me working on a journal diary thingy.

so far Heat and Stress are the main triggers.


Some people, spicy foods trigger it. ouo lucky for me that hasn't happened yet. <3

Good cause spicy stuff is amazingly delicious so it would be a HUGE shame if you couldn't eat it due to your skin condition. D:

Though I'm still sure I'd prefer crappy days over lethargy days. :3


And thank goodness my lethargy is over with. I think the reason why I had lethargy for the past few days was because I may have a form of depression known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD for short). I won't know if this is it for sure unless I see a doctor, but since it's not too important I don't foresee having to go to my doctor about this until my next yearly/regular checkup.

He has things that make his blood thinners and will be on them for the rest of his life. Doctors are still unsure what caused this one but he's stable.

I'm glad he's stable. That's horrible that it happens though!
