Frei was still for a while longer before slowly smiling, she looked genuinely happy to see Fin.

Fin paused before slowly giving Frei a small smile back.

Frei stared at Fin for another moment before looking away, smile fading. "... Sorry," she barely whispered.

"... It's alright," Fin said quietly back.

Frei slowly ventured a glance back at Fin, if anything she seemed a little frightened.

Fin looked mostly the same as he always did. Except a little more worn out.

Frei didn't say anything else as she continued to stare at Fin, after a moment she slowly let go of his hand.

So Fin drew his hand back after a moment, still not sure what to say.

And so the silent awkwardness grew and Frei dropped her gaze.

After another few moments Fin asked quietly, "So... you're feeling better?"

Frei nodded, still not looking at Fin.

Fin didn't say anything more.

"It's okay..." Frei suddenly murmured, "to dislike me."

After a pause Fin replied quietly, "I don't..." Then after another moment clarified, "Dislike you."

Frei frowned a bit,

After another moment or two Fin elaborated quietly, "It will take more than that to get me to stop liking you."
