So I'm like ABSOLUTELY ADDICTED to watching certain bridal shows. Recently I've started watching them again and it has literally reminded me why I loved them!

I Guess I could've just said all but Bridezilla...LOLS!

Any way...anyone else addicted to these shows???

I wouldn't say addicted to them but I do watch them from time to time as a guilty secret. To all of our surprise, so does my very non-girly sister. I usually just keep it to "Say Yes to the Dress" and "Four Weddings."

It's less addicted, and more to the point of if they're on, I'm gonna watch them. I don't actually have the schedule memorized, although I will be watching the Season Premier of Say Yes to The Dress: Bridesmaids because Say Yes To The Cure is coming on right after it. It's a special of Lori's fight against Breast Cancer...

my mom, aunt, and sister are addicted to all those shows. i like them enough to watch them when i'm not working or online. i like the ones with David Tutera.

Say yes to the Dress, and Four weddings are my favorite Bridal shows.

My boyfriend gets mad when I watch them because he feels like I'm watching them to give him hints on what I want at our wedding. xDD(Which may or may not be true. >>)

I watch them to get ideas. That and so I know kinda what kind of Dress I may want.

Same. I'm slowly working on myself so that by the time we do end up married, I can look good in a mermaid dress. They look so friggen gorgeous!!!

I'm still not sure what I want. Although I keep going back to this want of a black dress with cream accents and cream dresses with black accents on the bridesmaids...

And I want it to rain...

But so far, no one has really done a full black wedding dress...at least not on those shows...

I learned the bulk of my fashion terminology from those shows, if not Project Runway, but that doesn't seem to be around anymore! Maybe Tim Gunn needs to start a wedding show...

My current wedding dream (yes, I have one!) is forgoing and elaborate dress and getting a big white fur coat instead (winter wedding ideally) and something like a relatively simple empire waist dress for underneath, for dancing and dinner after whatever ceremony happens.

Having accompanied two sisters so far on bridal dress excursions, I'm getting a fair idea of what's important to keep in mind when it comes to looking at dresses. Things like being able to sit down, eat, move, and be comfortable in according to the weather. Apparently anything one has to wear spanks in is not ideal for a summer wedding.
