Hmmm... Ultima looks like some sort of godly ice cave guardian, whereas Arikana looks like a crazy serial killer. I think Ultima would kick Arikana's ass, but in the end, it looks like Arikana would be one of those immortal mass-murderers like Michael Myers or Jason Voorhees and would ultimately end up stabbing Ultima in the back to kill her.

Sooo... I'd have to say Arikana.
