You have to think kim spends alot of her time watching others from roof tops, She is familar how most normal people act and walk. She can tell when someone is a "Suspicious" Meaning being the likely hood of a hunter or a cop.

Yep through I did kind of jump in and have Jay suspect Miz as a skull upon first meeting but than, I am sure he has had training to be able to pick up the signs and well.. someone dressed in lolita clothing.. unless Jay smoked too much, pretty much jumps up and bites him on ass screaming, potential candy skull..

Miz shows all the bubbly attitude of a normal Japanese girl she hides the fact she's a skull so there would be no way Jay would know that Miz is a skull. and he deserved that bite on the ass.
