They really aren't that good for you overall, probably just safer to eat less sugar overall.

Angel; I can only really have sugar, or truvia. I can't digest aspartame. It destroys my body and leaves me in misery.

@Liosh, I have no idea how my body reacts to it, but I always taste a bitter aftertaste when I eat it.

My body goes nuts... Like, stomach pains, long hours in the bathroom in misery.

Yeah. Sadly, most of those flavored waters and such have it in them. It limits what i can drink.

I tend not to drink those because they taste too sickly sweet to me.

I drink them once in awhile. I like some of the flavors. I had done one that was 8 oz.... Yeah, I was in misery.

So I just gave up on it. I don't even bother.

Screw sugar... i use honey

Honey is nice too...very yummy.

I don't care for honey. It leaves a funny taste in my mouth.
