It snowed here a week ago.
Decently. But it melted really quickly.
There were a few little piles of snow by the time I woke up. xD
It was packing snow, too. (/mourns it)

too cold and too dry, whenever it gets warm it rains and slicks to ice but there is not much in the atmosphere

Calgary is already covered. My cousin's been posting pictures. ><
My town isn't even in the snowbelt, and we've still had snow up to our knees before.

Last year we didn't have much. It was kinda disappointing.
