Hostess still holds the rights to making them until they sell them which is what they're doing and whoever buys it will make Twinkies...just not with the Hostess name necessarily.

I've never actually had Twinkies, or anything else Hostess has made. So I can't say that I particularly mind Hostess shutting down.
