I know I've had it at some point in my life but I don't remember what it tasted like. It's got to have been at least a decade.

Honestly, it is kinda bland and very starchy. Hence - along with the innards being like, well, spaghetti - it is called spaghetti squash. Try it with some clam juices, marinara, or cream sauce (or any combination therein that you find appealing......or any sort of sauce really) and it works wonders.

*stretches out* So who's ready for Christmas?

I'm actually not.
I still have to buy gifts and I only have two weeks left.
My sister is nearly impossible to shop for, ugh. I almost got her seasons 1 and 2 of Downton Abby. I hear it's great, won awards, was on sale.

I backed out because I can't be certain she'd like it.

Get mom to stop acting greedy =/ she never got this way before around xmas

If she was never that way before, could something else have triggered it?

The family friend asked us last week "what would you's like for xmas"

At that time mom was paying off 2 beds. 1 for me 1 for her. Her current bed.. the springs are stabbing her so when mom answered "we'd like our beds paid off" I went a long with it because she needs the new bed more then i do. Mine, the bed slats come out and stuff so my bed isn't that much of a big deal and i can wait for it.)

Well her docter is ordering her an at home hospital bed that her insurance is paying for so she took her bed off layaway and put ALL that money that was going towards hers, towards mine.. leaving only a little bit left to pay off.

Now she's been paying about 100$ a month for both beds. Told the family friend she pays between 15-20. (when i started to get upset)

Well since she let him know about the bed thing and stuff I asked, "If mine is mostly paid off, i can wait because I need a new manga book shelf." The one i have is made out of an old kitchen cubboard that an x made for me, it has a nail sticking out somewhere and its almost full and half my books dont fit anyway.

Mom goes "she wants the 50$ your offering instead" ._. did I say that? the book shelf I'm asking for is 60-70$ around xmas time.. 90 during normal times. So i said "what for? I can't get a bookshelf for that much." she goes "if we put your 50 together and my 50 together we can get your bed paid off faster" Which is what she was saying just because her friend is here. She wants the money to get cigarettes and who knows what else. I need a new bookshelf because i'm tired of getting scratched by that nail (which i showed them). take that nail out the damned cubboard will probably fall apart. and my bed isn't as bad off as moms so i can survive another 3 months.

She kept pushing and pushing I finally had to 'yell'.. I only ever yell at her when she gets like this.

its gotten to the point of I'm really disliking a happy holiday this year. >< one of my xmas gifts that i ordered for mom to wrap up for me is arriving today via UPS and I honestly.. wanna tell them to send it back (and its a manga i can't find at our new bookstore too).

That sucks Dk. I try to avoid asking for things I need at christmas and birthday time because it's one time where I can get fun things since I rarely spend money on them the rest of the year.

My 1 xmas gift (Rabbit man Tiger Man v2) Arrived yesterday. I was checking my email, and saw that the amazon shipped thing had a tracking number and clicked it. it said that UPS was delivering it "TODAY" (yesterdy) so i told mom, when the ups dude gets here she had to open the door other wise I'd keep the manga >.>,

later that night she was all "Tomorrow we have to get up early and go to the hospital (t'z why i'm posting at 4AM) take something with you to do"

I was all "well i have new manga to read so I'l be fine"

she freaked out and was all "D8 no you don't!" forgetting that the family friend had gotten me the 2 Volumes of Sailor V the day before.. xD it was funny. =w= I just went this morning and was all "nya nya my new manga"

Quiet is tired. Quiet broke her record of hours (not) awake after getting up at around noonish and going to bed around 5-6pm. I did get up around midnight for my pills and something to eat but went back to bed again after that. Sigh. Anemia sucks.
