Mm, anyone that you don't want touching you will be rendered incapacitated for an hour when they make contact with the shield. As well, any urine of any sort that touches the shield will be rendered into steam upon contact.

Also: As a safety measure, when you do touch the shield, from the inside, in any capacity, you will simply feel tingles at the area of contact.
