It would. Hopefully with this new influx of users, they'll all stay really active after the event is over and the site can continue to grow in population more.

It's not that I don't like homey-sized sites, because I do, but I also like being able to see the growth of a site in a slow (but not too slow) and steady fashion.

As long as it doesn't become like gaia *shutters at the thought* then I too am a fan of growth.
