Yeah, he's an NPC here. Like Kaguya stated, he has his own clothes which you may wear. He also owns the Threads shop, which you can find under the 'Shops' tab at the top of every page. :3

EDIT: Virgil's clothes aren't in the shops. It was released as an event bundle, which you would have to purchase from another user. :3

Mm, Virgil's nice. But my favourite are Sasan (the one on the far right in the header art) and Sebastian (who isn't in the header art, but you can see a picture of him here at Meizicht's DA.)
