I do it as well, but then I do too much and I ruin all of it. Then I try to fix it even more and make it even worse and just give up on whatever it was I was working on. Like the other day I was trying to paint a picture on a canvas which already had the general lines for the picture. It started out great and then I ruined it all so I just painted black over the entire thing and I have no intention of trying again.
