I can not help it. If I can not find an alternative to make the person happy, then I am more then happy to bother my manger. XD she is amusing when she is annoyed. But most of the time a compromise can be met except those customers that are just ass holes. Greedy fucking ass holes who think a 10% difference in price will make a difference.

I know right? Ugh. I hate some customers who lost their internet for about 3 hours because of maintenance, demanding for credits! >A<!!

XD really?

So three hours out of a months service, if you calculated how many hours are in a month then divide it by the amount they pay its possible but after that it would be so minor that it would not even effect their bill.

Exactly. It's just like paying for the tax...hell the tax is even higher, so why ask for a credit adjustment? Same for 10% off.

I would be one mad black woman and Whoop asses if my internet was gone for three days consecutive or if there's 50% off on items yet I don't see it in the reciept. xD

For some stuff I can understand it, like buying your child an art set for 60 bucks and its on sale the following week yeah that 10% makes a difference. But for little shit.
