A very sad thing happened to Reyo today. The birth-giver has given two of the cats to the SPCA and I'll never get to see my babies again. There are no words that can adequately express the amount of grief and mourning in my soul right now.

I have also learned that I do indeed owe the bookstore $170 because my Pell Grant didn't completely cover the cost of my books. I don't know if I'll be able to buy books this semester.

Today has been just all around bad. Reyo is sad and miserable right now. Reyo wants to just curl up into a ball and quit life. I just completely don't care anymore. I'm just..... done. I feel so dead inside right now. I'm just..... hollow..... empty..... gone.

Reyo feels a little better today. Yes, I'm still very much hurt, and I'm still going to be hurt for a long, long time, but I'm going to have to move forward. We still have one cat, and I can always get another calico later on in life once I'm living on my own.

My mum offered to help me with my textbooks for the semester. It doesn't make what she did okay, but it does put a band-aid over other emotional wounds she's given me.
