I figured out that was my sciatica.
Apparently, mom gets it all the time... I've been doing a mixed martial arts workout.

And thats what pulled the muscle. =/

Well yes and no.
Mom has a slipped disc, so, she gets it without having to strain anything.

I, on the other hand, just over worked myself. xDD;
I was sick for two and a half weeks, didn't get to exercise as much as I'm used to.. so when my fever broke for good, I crash tackled right back into my usual routine andddd... BOOM!

Pulled an ass muscle. xD; AND IT HURT. SO BAD.

D: crash tackled. That's not good at all. Ono im glad it wasn't something worse. But still sad that something bad happened...
next time (if something like that happens again) I hope you don't push yourself too hard ;^;

That reminds me one time my brother broke his ass. @-@
hes a drummer and our old highschool had all these initiation things
and for drummers its worse. But basically this guy picked him up and slammed him into the ground
bam broken butt
and they took that as his initiation. Instead of what they had planned.
