Here's a few that I've found that are at least decent cards (bit out of the loop on components and specs, but looking at the card you have now, they are a good upgrade), but they are max of your budget.

Eh, it's up to you ultimately. I tend to jump upgrades.....or prefer to. Understand it is pricey though.
