Someone wanted to move to a new apartment for 600 a month 2bd/2ba with a washer & dryer and pet friendly. There isn't a lot of those in the area. Most of the apartments around here with those specs go for around 800 to 1000 a month. I posted the one I found and she was bitching because that is her old apartment and everyone keeps posting it.

Nothing, everything is included but electric. Base board heat, i don't remember if it has AC or not but that isn't a huge deal here. It is a trailer, but that is actually better than an apartment because it is less noise.

We live out from town and our "community" is small and spread out a little. I love it.
