I'm relatively okay, wishing I didn't have to go see my shrink today but at the same time I have to go since this is the once a month check in.

Shrink is another word for... therapist, right? Because I had a therapist, and he used to make me go in every two weeks. v 3 v

Jii.... psychiatrist in this case but trying to remember how to spell it hurts my brain some times.

He used to make me go every two weeks when I was pregnant but then it was once a month, then two weeks, now once a month again.

My guy stopped making me go, but I think it might have been a good idea to keep making me... > 3 >

I'm not on my meds anymore so this is our way of making sure if I need them again or not. Plus my daughter loves going see gets to actually see things rather than the inside of our apartment eheh.

I never liked going, it was stressful for me. xP
I just found a hair in the Chinese food I was eating last night...

Yeck, I hate when I find hair in my food, unless it's mine then I don't overly care.

I've been through at least 6 now... this is the only one I've actually liked going to.

I've only been through two, the first one was from the state and she was terrible. :/ The second guy did it out of his home and it was free, but those were just bonuses, he's a great therapist.
I just thought, if I was feeling ambitious I'd find the hair off the floor, tape it to a card and write, "I enjoyed eating this. c:" and tape it to their window. xD
