Every year a company called HUB comes to these apartment buildings to inspect on how 'clean' the tennants are or something like that.. and since this is our first year here.. we got picked at HUBs victems =.= I hate it when people tell other people how to live...

Eh, well if you think about it it's good. If you never vacuum clean or wash the floors or take care of the dishes often it will get nasty and eventually it may stink and disturb the other people who lives there. Not saying you're one of those, but there are quite a lot of them here and there... Dx

We've bought our apartment so we don't get people like that here. Well, we used to rent a place before but I really don't remember if someone used to go check how clean people keep their place. You could just call them if things broke. I think they only check apartments that are meant for people trying to get back becuase of high debts, people who can't afford a real apartment or can't rent one. If they do well they may get help getting a "real" place. These other apartments are basically like tiny hotel rooms. My father used to live in one but he did well so he has a real place now...

its just your everyday Apartment comunity..complex deal. We are clean people.. we just aren't organized or what ever.. We like stuff in a place were we can reach it with out needing a chair.. we's short. =w= but if its not how the landlady likes it or how HUB likes it we're out on our butts.. xp I new we shoulda moved somewhere in the southern part of Ohio D<

Yea, we don't really get anyone checking that stuff here, too. People only come to check the gas and water counters once or twice a year.

Being organized is good though, maybe this is your chance to learn? Dx

I'm used to Section 8.. they'd come by every once in a while to make sure the electrical socket thingers worked right, and stuff

everyone has their own Organization style ;p the landlady doesn't like ours.. and she tells us to throw our stuff away cause it makes things look to cluttered.. if she wants to see cluttered she needs to visit my sister >.>, NO place to put cups,plates or anything when you eat. its all dolphins, race cars.. and some stuff she calls art.. =/
