I can sort of do a few "girl" push-ups, but I don't normally make it past eight of those. I never have any sort of chance to get out and about, particularly not making use of obscure things like my upper arms. So it's hardly cause for shame. Just a simple fact of my environment and current living situation. The more reasons I have to be up and moving around, the more I will improve.

I spend all day typing and sometimes I take walks and do normal household chores. I have no job, no friends to hang out with, nowhere to go and nothing else to do. I think that's a decent enough excuse.

Yup, but I've never had one of those and couldn't begin to afford it. There were games on there that required a lot of moving around, which would have been nice for days when I couldn't go outside.
