I am having a good day! So far, but im waiting for somehting to com along and ruin it

Well, sometimes it seems like I go from okay to bad randomly.
I was alright at school for the most part. But when I got home and finished cleaning and stuff I just started to feel bad. I think it may partly be because while I was cleaning I found some old diaries that were really unsettling. Next chance I get I made the decision I'm going to burn them, and all the emotions with it. It should help. Ah... Also, I'm worried about someone. My health teacher has me freaked out about food and calories and everything else now, so that's stressful. :/
