It's always been up to the person receiving the art. Usually I tell them to make a rough estimate, and then depending on how long I take to finish, I might feel bad and tell them they can pay lower. If the quality's also not up to their expectations, they can pay whatever they feel it's worth.

Generally, I think people do at least +75% the price for one character for each additional person, but I'm not sure. I also don't want to overcharge.

That depends on the characters. There are some characters that I will not draw because I know I won't do a good job on them.

It also depends on what style you want them in, haha.
