Well if you're in a center they work you through it. I had a friend who was getting treatment for almost the same thing, except she was so bad her heart was failing. She's better now though. You seem to be acknowledging it a bit by sharing it here though, so that's good.

I wish I was dedicated to working out. I hate all exercise except walking ._. I blame 6th grade when I broke my wrist after a fall while running.

Its mostly because of Hermes, he got me to be pretty vocal about it.
