Alpha; Yeah. Then today I was out getting some things, and it suddenly was raining, then small ice pellets which hurt, back to a snowy rain. >_<
It went from 46 to 35. I hate this time of year with all the fluctuating weather.

Not really surprised unfortunately...Just take a hot bath with epson salt, pain meds, and maybe a heat wrap...should help some unless it is serious.

What is also good for that kinda stuff is rest, which is something not enough people get enough of.

Yes, but I wouldn't use one in a house. Most houses have flammable things in them, and if you use a flame thrower, well, you may no longer have a house. I kind of want to keep my house. It's comfy, it's home. And I have a strong fear of change.
