and I've noticed that certain users are getting repeatedly ignored. Or they're threads always get results last.

My friend said it happens mostly to users who have openly criticized the site and how it's run or it's policies. Actually that was partly why my Canadian friend left, she was getting ignored and she started to feel like she didn't really have any friends on the site.
