Hah, no, everyone's daemon reflects their soul.
As a child, your daemon can change form, but as you mature, your daemon settles into one form. Some people have dogs...
but...daemons are becoming rare, even in my world.

Well, depends.
Henri is a bengal cat, which are essentially tame big cats.
You can't REALLY tame a cat, though.

Cats do what they want...and bengals are strong, muscular, fearsome creatures...although you can't tell from looking at them.
