Really? That seems counter productive. Here, they don't charge the caller, thus - people call all the damn time to get cars towed. Then they charge the person who wants their car back. If the person says they can keep it, they sell the car to the scrap yard. It's a win-win for them. Holy cow do they make money hand over fist in this city.

yea our place charges us to toe it away and when they want their car back they charge them to get it back or sell it to the junk yards ;o;
