actually it is insanely temperate where I'm living xD Apparently it's because we're between two mountain ranges so it's like a little pocket of perfect weather

Actually i love rain but the rain here is different than back home
it's just drizzle all the time, there's no thunderstorms
I miss those ...they were quite common back home

(but my friend thinks I'm crazy missing it cos it was a well-trod tornado zone xD but they didn't hit all that much...just a handful of times a year!

Big fatty fat raindrops that can get through my hair and make my scalp wet freak me out. :O Like, they're kinda cool for the first 3 drops but then I'm like "WHY IS MY HEAD WET?!?" Drizzle is really easy to ignore. It's totally true that there's not a lot of thunderstorms, but every once in a while there's a sweet hail storm. :3

I don't see why thunder and lightning are anything special. :O Why are thunderstorms so much better than regular rain that doesn't let lose wild bolts of electricity?
