Oh yeah Mizuki knew that Thalion was going to be a little upset but really in the end it was just water. Mizuki knew that it was Thalions apposing element and the male just had an over all dislike for it. "Yeah yeah your dry now though" He said with a smile. That was when he got a glare again before the male spoke once more about them leaving. Though he couldnt help the smirk that came to his lips "Is that another challenge?" He asked with a tilt of his head.

Though as Thalion glared and stood he smirked "Alright alright I got the point" He said before standing. This was when Mizuki took one of the flowers roots and all and placed it into a glace jar he brought along. Standing he looked to Thalion "First thing we need to do is go and see Vaden" He said with a smirk as he heard the male groan "You know as well as I that the stories of old rest well with him" Mizuki said grabbing everything around him "If we want the kingdom to his full former glory we need to first know how to do just that."

Mizuki knew that he had a point. In order to make the kingdom how it should be they need to find out how exactly it was. Mizuki looked to Needren after this "And you....dont stay here to long" He said "You cant avoid things forever....take my advice on that" He said before looking to Thalion with a soft smile. "Either way...this seems to be the end of our alone time" He said with a frown "Lets at least enjoy the walk back" He said as he hooked his arm with Thalions before placing his head on the males shoulder.

"Yeah I know... I was already thinking about going to him with this idea of yours anyway. I just didn't want to be stuck sticking around listening to the stories after getting him started heh." Wasn't that the truth. Though he should bother with sitting him and listen to some of the things he had to say. Heck he might actually learn a few things, ok more then a few.

Though as Mizuki spoke again to Needren not staying here long Thalion shrugged a little. "I don't know.. I'd hide out to avoid her as well." Though now he was just picking on Needren knowing that he had gotten himself into a world of trouble with hooking up with Ryza. Though Needren seemed to glare at the pair of them not getting help from either of them. Not like Ryza was the worse choice he could have made.

They did at least get the walk back to the castle by themselves. Though that time was short and didn't last long enough. Nope after they got back Mizuki right away sought out Vaden, of course this turned into a very long drawn out conversation. Le alone where they found the flowers and everything. Though this turned into stories of how the old kingdom use to look during both the day and night hours.

It was interesting hearing the tales of old. The kingdom in its glory was unstoppable and beautiful to. Tales could be told all around of the joined kingdom and Mizuki wanted the same for the new conjoined kingdom as well. "Okay so then if its as you say...the best method would be to start at the heart of the city and work out. Mizuki said lightly "With the addition of some extra's around the castle" He said with a nod of his head.

"Not only that but if we devide it right among the mages we should have the flowers spread in a day" He said with a little sigh "Thats going to be a long day" He said with a smile before looking to Thalion "That day is going to be another day when you do nothing..." He said and he stopped Thalions protests "I will need all of the energy I can get" Mizuki said with a nod of his head "You are more then welcome to come along though" He said with a smile.

Mizuki then thought for a moment before he continued "I would like to get this done as soon as we can" He said lightly "I would to get some men up and ready so we can go and gather what is needed from the cave and transport it back so the arrangements for planing will take less time" Mizuki said with a smile before looking to Thalion "Well...I know your bored and we are almost done here" He said lightly "But what do you think?" He said "I want to have some extras around our deck and room" He said with a smile.

Vaden seemed to nod agreeing with Mizuki's plan of how to go about doing this. "Don't forget the flowers themselves have magical energy as well. IT might not be as difficult as you think it will be." Probably hinting at something. But this was one step towards restoring the kingdom to the glory it use to have. Another step would be in Thalion's hands, and in a way he had started it already. Though he needed to work more at it. But it was also a step that could not be as easily rushed.

Thalion did protest to the idea of being forced to do nothing. "Might as well come along, if I'm going to be forced to do nothing." Ok it would be kind of neat to watch but at the same time he hated not really being able to do anything to help Mizuki during that time.

Vaden smirked a little hearing Mizuki's comment of Thalion being bored. "Ah I'm sure he is, he never liked sitting still. Wait until he is in his two or three hundreds he should calm down by then." Vaden was teasing of course. Though Thalion frowned a little. "Riiight..." Mellow out, yeah right. Or least that was his thoughts.

Never the less they did get the flowers spread within no time. The kingdom was starting to look almost the spitting image of its former self. There were still things missing but it wasn't like the kingdom had to be restored over night either. Everything counted in the long run. This also helped activity during all hours and seemed to keep the kingdom bustling no matter what time it was.

A few months passed after that day of the flowers being put into bloom. The odd thing was that today seemed to be bustling more then normal. Thalion found it odd anyway. Not only that but Mizuki was like no where to be found and when he was about a few that seemed to know something were avoiding him or shut up whatever they were talking about.

After Mizuki finally vanished off to his study for a while was when things really started to take effect of different groups running about. Ok this was annoying by not knowing what the hell was going on. Finally tracking down Luna who seemed in a good mood today, oddly, he finally had to ask. "So.. something I should know about today or has everyone finally gone mad?" Luna seemed to give him a look of shock like he didn't know something he should.

After the flowers were set about the kingdom seemed to come alive in an all new way. It was shocking really to see though Mizuki didnt complain. How could he? It was what he had wanted after all. So it was grand, the kingdom the way it was though as time moved on Mizukis spirits grew a little dark each day. It was not until months later and the kingdom seemed to be in an up roar did his mood settle with him. Locking himself in study was the one and only thing he wanted to do.

Little knew well little used to know. Mizuki would have to kill one of the two when he finds out who let it slip. He didnt think anything of it how the day went. He thought it to be just another day though as he went about the castle in the early morning hours he soon learned he was wrong. Oh great...was his only thought. So saying nothing to no one he left Luna with some duties then from there sealed himself in his study. There was work to do.

As Thalion approached her Luna turned her head with a smile though at the question that came from the males lips she couldnt help stare in shock. "Your kidding right..." She said to him as she tilted her head "Out of all the people...you I think you would of known" Luna said though as Thalion asked known what Luna smiled "Havent you noticed the mood master Mizuki has been in lately?" She asked with a tilt of her head "Always thinking or brooding...never really saying much" She said with a shrug.

"He was never one for them..." She said liking the way Thalion grew more and more irritated though as the male gave a growl she smiled "Its his birthday you dummy" She said punching his arm with some force behind it "He was never one for the day but when I found out I made it a point to do something for him" She said "It was always a sad time for him...around these days" Luna said growing a little sad "Either way if you want more details go see Neimi..."

Though this was when the male gave a questioning look and she smiled "After she got it out of me she insisted to do like everything" She said with a little shake of her head "I swear in all my years I have never met a human like that one" Luna said before she turned and left with out another word.

No he didn't know whatever the hell was going on. Yes he knew of Mizuki's sudden mood change but there seemed to be little he could do about it. He had tried talking to him about it but it seemed to do little and thats why a sudden cause for celebration seemed misplaced. Surely with how the other had been acting this was not his doing.

Yet Luna seemed to dance around what she was talking about till she said you of all people should know. He growled a little as she went on. Till she finally said what it was. Though at the mention of the word Thalion knew all too well why someone would want to avoid such a date. His ears went back a little more at the fact he was annoyed at Luna for not just telling him out right and the fact he hid his own date from the other. Heck Minus Vaden, Ryza and Damien no one else probably knew and those three only did because they were within the castle at the time.

He was going to question why Neimi but it was answered as he shook his head a little. That was true enough. Neimi was a odd one indeed. For a human especially. Though maybe it was a combination of how she lived her life both parts of it. One half being with her normal family and the other seeing all the suffering that went on in the world around her. She always tried to keep high spirits around everyone. Even if she wasn't feeling that well herself.

After Luna left him he had no choice but to go seek out Neimi. Though he debated if not knowing was a good thing. There was the saying ignorance is bliss. Though a bit late now as he noticed the female giving some orders to some of the castle cooks. Though seeing Thalion she squeaked a little and met him half way. It was hard to think that this was the same small child he had come across back then. The first day he encountered Mziuki even. Though back then he was ready to lay his life down just to ensure a child stayed alive against the very person that the same child was trying to make a day special for.

"About time you showed up! Needren has been more help then you and-" She stopped looking at him as he seemed bothered. "You didn't know did you? " She frowned a little as she sighed finally. "Do you two talk about anything? I swear everyone knows more about you two then you two know about each other." She laughed a little though on that note she had no idea just how right she was. Thinking on that made him feel a little sick to his stomach with it being pointed out to bluntly.

"Either way.. you're helping. You are the only one who can get him out of that room.. we've tried and he's magiced the door again." She rolled her eyes a little as she smiled finally. "soo... go get him! Things are about ready and he's been brooding for almost a week now." She said before moving and starting to shove Thalion back towards the door. She wasn't giving him a choice in this was she. Though there was something off about her... he couldn't put his finger on it just yet.

Giving up finally he decided it might be better to go seek the other out. At least if he was going to brood he could have some company. Going to the other's study he knocked before asking if he was alright, though no answer annoyed him as he was shoved around all morning now. "Well have it your way then.. " He growled a little before testing the door. It was a similar seal to the one he used before. Different enough to where he had to change how to break it.

After a moment he did just that before walking into the room and shutting the door behind him. Making a point to lock it afterwards. "You could at least talk to me... you've been avoiding everyone." Though Mizuki still never said a word. "Tsk.. Hell how was i suppose to know? you're still going to take this out on me even though I had no idea? I tried to help for the past few weeks to figure out what was wrong."

Mizuki sat there in his study. He didnt want to put up with the day. There was nothing special growing another day older, at least not to him. So with his bad mood set he hid himself away. It was not until a knock sounded at the door that he even moved and even then it was just a flinch. His thoughts were dark and sitting there alone was a good thing right? Shaking head to himself Mizuki didnt say nothing as he continued to read over the parchments before him.

Mizuki knew he only had a moment of time as he heard the male explain that it was his way. Then a few moments later he felt the seal break and he sighed a little though he didnt move as he continued to read. Mizuki wondered how long it would take the male to come to him questioning what was wrong. So to say he was shocked at the way the male acted was a little of an understatement.

Mizuki was a little shocked as he heard the male speak. Shaking his head he put the paper down "Its not that Thalion..." He said as he rubbed his eyes a little "I could care less if you remembered it...but since you didnt even know the date why would I have grounds to be angry at you?" He asked with a little tilt of his head "No...this day was never something to cherish" He said with a little growl.

Shaking his head a little "Its better for me to sit here and do the work that needs to be done rather then filling everyone with my bad mood" He said in a growl. There was a history as to why he hated the date. Heck he had more then one but the biggest was the last memory he had of his parents was of this day and it was not happy to say the least. "Im not upset with you my love.." He said with a shake of his head "Just...upset at my own thoughts..." He said before sighing hanging his head "They always seem to betray me on this day"

He listened to the other explain what his reasons for locking himself away in the room alone. Let alone why he was to the point of just ignoring everything. Though when Mizuki spoke his ears went back a little. Sure he knew the other didn't seem to like this day, he had noticed a trend that once in a while Mizuki would go off on his own but still. "So thats it then? Your going to hole yourself up in here every year that this date comes around?"

He figured it was something that made him hate this date but still. "At the least you could tell me these things, you can brood all you want but when I have to find out things from Luna or Neimi.. hell today Neimi even pointed out that everyone around us knows more about our past then we do about each other." Thats why Thalion was annoyed. Not because he thought Mizuki was angry at him but because he didn't feel like he could help Miuzki when he needed it.

"She's right in a way.. though you're not the only one who likes to avoid certain dates you know." He shook his head a little. "But I get the hint. You can keep brooding if you want and I'll go tell Neimi I couldn't get to you." He shrugged a little taking a lot of this from the link they still had. Mizuki's mood never seemed to change. Besides that he didn't want to have the other question what date Thalion had meant by that.

Not even Neimi knew his birthday and the less people that knew the safer he felt actually. Even with the day he feared being long past by now. "If you change your mind and want to talk I'm sure you can find me." He said before he started to turn to leave.

His heart twinged a little as Thalion spoke. It was true...when it came down to things he really did not know alot about the male before him or Thalion to him. Mizuki didnt really see a need for that though. The past was the past and with no way of changing it why mention it? Though as he spoke he sighed a little "Avoiding this date has been the only thing I have ever done" He said with a shrug though he let the male continue with his words.

It was not until Thalion turned away that he gave a sigh and pushed the chair back a little so he could stand. "The last thing I remember of my parents is my father telling me that everything was going to be okay and that him and mother would meet me at a point after that next day" He said sadly as he moved a little as he walked over to a book shelf. Taking out a book he frowned a little as he looked at it.

"I will be waiting for that day to come for the rest of my life..." He said in a little broken whisper before he shook his head. Walking over to the male he handed him the book he had. It was a beaten up old journal with leather bindings and threads frayed the corners "My father gave me that the last day I saw him" He said lightly as he opened the cover. On the first page were some writings in dark ink...

Mizuki sighed a little as he stepped back with a shake of his head "Every year when I was young I waited for the next day and every year I went to the same spot in hopes that they would return" He said "Though I grew older...and as I did my talents seem to get out" He said before he moved back and little and sat on his desk "I was in that same spot the day the east king came for me" He said "The flowers around me were stained in blood and the only thing I could think of after that was not being there when my parents got back..." He said "Even when I knew they would never return..."

He only paused as he heard Mizuki stand and start to speak. Yes the past was the past it was why probably neither of them brought up such conversations. Though it seemed every time they didn't it came back to haunt them in some form or another. This might be added to those such times. None the less he listened to Miuzki go on about the reason why he disliked that day. Even as he stood and went to get a old letter out.

Mizuki had to know back then his parents weren't coming back when they told him such a thing. Maybe not right away but after a while. Though the other thought on Thalion's mind was at least his parents cared. He had more interaction with his father after the mans death then he did when he was alive. Granted it was also somewhat forbidden for the males to influence the children or some crap. He hardly cared as he didn't follow such a blind rule with their kids.

"You had to have known they were gone before that day with the King." surely he didn't go through years expecting them to return. Though he sighed after a moment before shaking his head. "None the less... you didn't have to tell me, I can't do anything to make you forget such things on this day." Well he could but Mizuki seemed keen on staying holed up in here.

"Though there is some light in all of this." He smirked a little at the thought. "At least you know you were loved, they wanted to protect you and I'm sure if they had a say in things they wouldn't have left you back then." There was a hidden twinge of pain and sadness behind that. Though he hid it well. The only thing he knew as a child was that once he was of age he.. his fate was determined the day he was born.

Even if that fate never came to pass he grew up with it on his thoughts everyday. "Though.. you have plenty who care about you now you know... and they don't enjoy seeing you hole yourself up in a room only to guess when they will get to see you again." He was more talking about their own children really. Belquiri had gone over seventeen years without seeing Mizuki and she enjoyed the time she got with him.

Yes Mizuki knew they were gone but the hope to see them again was there and that is what forced him to go back to that spot over and over just in the hopes that they would be there. Shaking his head he sighed a little though he looked to Thalion as the male spoke again "Though there is some light in all of this." Thalion seemed to say before continuing "At least you know you were loved, they wanted to protect you and I'm sure if they had a say in things they wouldn't have left you back then."

Yes that was a thought that went through his mind. Mizuki knew he was from the moment he could first understand the words his parents spoke. Though the only thought that rested on his mind was the last moments he had with them. It was something he couldnt shake from his mind "Yeah...I know" He said after a moment or two as he hung his head and his ears dipped down. It was not until the male spoke again that he gave a little nod of his head.

"You are right..." Mizuki said "I have many that love and care for me now..." He said before pushing off of the desk and walking over to the male he smiled lightly to him "And so do you..." He said "Even if some times we both are to thick headed to realize this" He said before moving and leaning in he placed his head on the males shoulder as he all but curled into Thalions chest. "Im sorry..." He said "I should of explained things sooner..." Mizuki said with a shake of his head.

Yeah they could both be thick headed about things at times. They both had people who cared about them. A family if you dared to call it such. Though that hardly helped shake certain things from their minds so it seemed. Though maybe they could work on that... a little at a time at least.

As Mizuki rested against him and Thalion moved his arms to hold the other. "Or I should have asked.. heh I think we have some things we need to work on still." They really didn't talk. Hell besides Mizuki wearing it all the time he wouldn't know the other's favorite color.. or he guessed it was that color. He really did only know what they had experienced together.

"So.. want me to go tell Neimi she planned everything for nothing or are you going to try to be social?" He tried to force a smile but his thoughts were stuck on what neimi had said. Plus adding the thought of days of birth on top of it. He avoided his, really maybe only Damien knew it and that was because he was one of the royal guard.

"It's up to you I'm not going to force you.. though i think three people would be happy that you showed up at least." Being Luna, Needren and Neimi apparently. Plus on that note he might have a idea of what was off about Neimi. Just a thought, a random one but still he needed to check.

Yes they did have things that they needed work on but they had all the time in the world, at least thats what Mizukis thought was. Though he didnt really think about much as he felt those arms around him as he was held to the males chest. Mizuki gave a little sigh though as Thalion spoke again about if he should go with him or not.

Mizuki didnt know what he was going to do. He had heard that Neimi had made plans for the little family group. Though he didnt really want to attend yet he knew that if he didnt it would really hurt the female in question. Sighing he growled a little "Well I could stay here and wallow in my self pitty..." He said lightly "But I suppose the right thing to do would be to go and see what tortures Neimi is going to put me through" He said with a little sigh.

Though this was when he moved his head a little and kissed Thalions neck with pale lips. Leaving them linger there for a little he spoke lightly as his lips brushed the dark skin "Or I could stay here with you and we could celebrate on our own..." He said lightly as he moved a hand from resting on the males chest to lightly rubbing a hip. "Though I suppose..." He said pulling away a little "We dont have the time..." He said as he took a step back.

They should have all the time they needed to work out such small details. At least according to how long their races were recorded to live during times of peace or so called peace anyway. With the two kingdoms unite again as well that would put things in their favor. Besides that Thalion had been straightening quite a number of laws and rules that seemed to become twisted over the many years after the kingdoms were split apart. A number of them being ones he had endured as a child or had seen others go through.

Thalion smirked a little as Mizuki spoke and seemed to give in to leaving this room. "Oh I'm sure it won't be that bad... if it is then just say you don't feel well and she'll send you to bed for rest to ensure you don't become ill." He had a point, Neimi was like a mother hen at times. Really that was why he wanted to see the female again, he had always wondered why she never had kids and with how she had been acting a little strange the past few weeks and seemed to have something different about her. He had to question if she wasn't... ok the next question was if she was and if so with who. But even that he knew the answer to. But no need to jump to conclusions till he had proof of anything.

Though there was the next option Mizuki seemed to present. "We could..." Thalion started before Mizuki pulled back a little. "It'll just have to wait till later is all. Unless your mood will be ruined from social interaction." The last part was picking at him a little seeing as he had been rather anti-social for almost a week. "Might as well get it over with before she sends a search party for the pair of us."

He moved a little to get Mizuki to go towards the door against just to make sure he left the room. Though he Kissed the others jawline lightly before whispering near his ear. "Later though... I'll try to make up for the torture of the day." At the least Mizuki might look forward to that thought. Either way he doubted the other minded it in the least.

Neimi waited as she sighed a little before the door opened as Mizuki walked in first and Luna and Needren greeted him right away. The girl smiled as Thalion left the two to torture Mizuki so to speak as Neimi leaned against a table for support. Yep he was right after thinking on it a little and smirked. "So when are you telling him?" Neimi flinched as she looked up at Thalion. "Heh.. telling .. who? what?" Thalion shook his head a little. "Keep playing dumb.. you'll show more sooner or later." She frowned a little. "Who else knows?" He shrugged a little. "No one.. maybe Vaden but he doesn't count for this sort of thing."

Mizuki sighed as Thalion told him it would have to wait till later. He knew that was the truth but he wanted it now...though it seemed that was not going to happen as he was moved and pushed towards the door as the male kissed his cheek. "Alright alright...fine" He said as he moved out of the door. Mizuki and Thalion from there walked down the hallway until they reached the hall and already from here Mizuki could hear the sounds from the other door.

"Do I really have to do this?" Mizuki asked as he looked to Thalion though as the male just smiled and opened the door he got his answer. The first two to meet him were Luna and Needren both of them wishing him a happy birthday and he growled a little "Look its bad enough I am here dont make it worse please" He said with a little groan. "Oh lighten up!" Needren said lightly punching his arm. "No" He growled a little "Dont make me get Neimi over here" Luna said with a growl.

At that Mizuki sighed as he hung his head a little. "Fine then...NEIMI!!! MIZUKIS STILL POUTING!!!" Mizuki growled at her as he heard Neimi all but squeal a little. Turning he looked to Thalion with a pleading look "Help me..." He said lightly and more mouthed them to the male as Neimi all but ran over to him. How in the world did he get hooked into this?

Getting to the door where Mizuki asked if he had to do this. Thalion never bothered answering. It would be worth it. As much as he hated to think about it Neimi wouldn't be around forever. At the least Mizuki could try to humor her a little. Never the less Mizuki growled right away at the two who greeted him. Not that Thalion blamed him. He rather preferred the quieter celebrations and when they were over something that was worth celebrating and not just one person.

Neimi frowned a little at Thalion as she told him not to say a word. He smirked a little knowing he had no intention of doing so. Though about that time was when Luna called out to Neimi that Mizuki was pouting still. Looking up as Neimi went over to them he saw Mizuki mouth help me as he half laughed a little holding his hands up to say he was staying out of this.

He knew better then to get in Neimi's way when she put her mind to something. Plus if Mizuki did lighten up he might enjoy himself a little... maybe. Never the less things were not all that bad, they had kept the group to mainly the ones who were close to Mizuki. So their very odd family group and a few extras. The celebration only lasted a few hours before Mizuki seemed to finally have enough. That was fine though because that was all they had planned for him to stand anyway.

But now it was just the two of them once again in their room as Mizuki seemed to let out a heavy sigh once the door was closed. "Oh was it that bad? You half seemed to enjoy yourself a few times.. gods forbid it right?" Thalion teased him a little knowing Mizuki was probably going to say something about it or protest he was not enjoying himself.

Walking over to the other he kissed him lightly before pulling him close. "You know she's going to do that every year right?" He said with a slight laugh at the thought of it and probably as Mizuki groaned at the thought. "And you wondered why I don't let her know important dates." His own birthday included in that. At the least Mizuki wasn't brooding as badly as he was earlier, anything was a improvement from that.

"Now... I think we had a talk before that party.. about something that had to wait." He said before moving away a little. "Unless you're not in the mood anymore.. understandable after the traumatizing event you just had to endure."
